Membangun Kelas yang Demokratis Melalui Pendidikan Matematika Realistik
Synopsis
Pendidikan Matematika tidak sekadar mendidik siswa melek matematika, memahami konsep dan ide-ide matematika, serta melatih daya nalar, sehingga dihasilkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul, mampu berpikir sistematis, dan logis. Lebih dari itu, pendidikan matematika yang baik dapat membangun karakter. Sebagai bangsa yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai demokratis dan gotong-royong, bangsa Indonesia perlu mewariskan nilai-nilai ini bagi generasi muda. Pendidikan Matematika Realistik dapat menjadi landasan dalam pengembangan nilai-nilai tersebut.
